We made our first visit to Mercury Hall. It was a cold and cloudy day, but it did not hamper the bride and groom’s spirits. They had both the ceremony and reception inside and it was probably a good thing because of it.
What I really liked about this wedding was that their was a great sense of family coming together. The band that performed (Sensual Soul) was also pretty awesome and they rocked the place for 3 hours straight without 1 slow song! I’m so happy that they chose us to be their Austin Wedding photographer. The slideshow from their wedding can be found here.
This wedding was unique in that it was also the father of the bride’s birthday. She helped him celebrate it by giving him one of the first pieces of their cake. How special was that! They purchased their yummy cake from Better Batter Bakery.
