tigers win! 5-0

Tigers win!  5-0!  It was a crazy Saturday in college football as many of you know.  5 of the 13 top teams lost their games.  LSU played pretty bad in the first half, and I think their minds were focused on next week’s game with Florida.  They came back in second half and established the run.  I was happy to see Trindon Holiday receive a few carries and had some great runs.

LSU is now ranked #1 in the AP poll for the first time in 50 years, too!  If we beat Florida, then that will be 3 top-25 ranked teams that we have beaten, while USC hasn’t played any top-25 ranked teams as of yet.  There should be NO reason why we should not be #1 next week if we get the win.  What’s interesting is that Kentucky is slowly creeping through the rankings, and they are at #8.  We play them right after Florida at Kentucky.
